Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Code, designs and content are assigned to you on final payment. No license fees and no lock-in.

How does code handover work?

The repository lives in your GitHub organization from day one, with a README, environment setup notes and a recorded walkthrough.

Where is it hosted?

On accounts you own: Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase or your current provider. We set them up; you hold the billing.

What timezone do you work in?

We work async and reply within 1 business day, US Eastern Time. Calls are optional; most decisions happen in writing and on Loom.
